This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for digital products and services that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Timeframe: Cancellation requests will not be considered purchase of a digital product like (E-book,Template, Or a Downloadable Course. Due to the instant delivery nature of digital products, cancellation requests may not be entertained once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or activated by the user.

Immediate Access Products: For digital products that provide immediate access upon purchase (digital content), cancellation requests will only be accepted if:

    • The product has not been accessed or downloaded.

    • The user has not logged into or utilized the digital service.

Digital Product Refunds

Quality-Based Refunds: Refunds may be approved if the user can demonstrate that:

    • The digital product does not function as described

    • The content quality is significantly below reasonable expectations

    • There are critical technical issues preventing proper use of the product

    • The product description was materially misleading

Technical Issues: In case of technical problems, compatibility issues, or defective digital products, please report to our customer service team within 24 hours of purchase. The request will be evaluated based on:

    • Technical specifications and compatibility requirements

    • Documented functionality issues

    • Inability to access purchased content due to platform errors

Warranty and Support

Software Products: For digital products that come with manufacturer or developer warranties, technical support issues should first be directed to the original provider. DigiNest will facilitate communication and may process refunds if the provider cannot resolve critical functionality issues.

Licensed Content: For licensed digital content (media, educational materials, etc.), warranty claims should be referred to the content creators or licensors when applicable.

Refund Processing

Processing Time: Approved refunds for digital products will be credited within 3-5 business days from the date of approval.

Payment Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Partial Refunds: In cases where only portions of a digital product bundle are defective or unsatisfactory, partial refunds may be issued at Diginest’s discretion.

Non-Refundable Items

The following digital products are generally non-refundable:

    • Customized or personalized digital content

    • Digital products that have been fully consumed or completed

    • Products purchased during promotional sales (unless legally required)

    • Order details and purchase confirmation

    • Specific reason for refund request

    • Documentation of any technical issues (screenshots, error messages, etc.)

    • Proof that the product has not been used (where applicable)
